Will fish be ok?

I just picked up this fish tank I bought off ----. I lost most of the water because i had it in trash cans. I kept the fish safe in a good container anyways i only have about 25 to 30 gals of the original water. I was scared to put the fish in the tank so i put the in my f/o tank for now.Also is the lighting good enough to do a reef tank. here is the link to my tank. You will have to paste and copy it cause i dont know how to make it a link pls look though.
PLEASE HELP FAST dont want the fish to die.

please respond i need to know what to do about the water and lights. There is 160 watts of lights all together.

If your new fish are doing fine in the FO tank leave them there while you figure out what you are doing with this new tank. Is it going to be reef or fish/reef (?)or fowlr? Seems you might need to slow down and put together a plan. Let the new tank stabilize and get over the shock of the move before putting fish back in.
