will floor support a 100 gal tank?

I was reading up on the same q for a much larger tank and thought it would be wise to ask that myself.
My house has an unfinished basement, so we plan on putting the tank on the first floor. I'm thinking my tank will be roughly 1500 lbs.
(tank 400, LR 200, LS 350, 63 gal of actual water @ 8lbs per gal 504lbs) Will my floor support it or should I put a jack under the tank? Will one do, or should I put in two?
Thanks-

I think I found a place I am going to take.... I am just going to fill my 240 really really slowly and watch the floor around it and pray, (and everybody that reads this pray for me, or wish or whatever you are into)that it does not sink through the floor. Justin

You should be absolutely fine. If the builder built the place with any integrity, that floor will support a darn elephant if you wanted it. If the floor joists are 18" on center and the flooring is at least 3/4" thick, you're golden. Good luck!
