Will Mandarin work?

Would a spotted mandarin work in my 34 g reef tank if i fed it brine shrimp and put 200 pods in?

If you buy a really small one, and its the only fish, maybe. All they do is search for pods all day. Believe it or not, 200 pods wont last long. Do you have a fuge?

I've seen them eat live brine, yes.

ok because i bought a brine breeder and eggs. any estimates on how long the 200 pods will last?

mine eats frozen brine. i feed it twice a day. do you have a fuge?? if you dont, i wouldnt get one. if you do you can put the pods in the fuge with some chaeto and LR and they breed. ive got mine in a 75 gall with 100 lbs lr and a fuge going. plus it eats frozen really good.

brine shrimp has no nutritional value ...
Madarinfish need very mature tanks to survive.

even if the fish eats brine, or any of the other frozen foods that are infinately better, it won't live in that size of tank without a fuge. they need pods.
