In a florida Condi,or a Pink Tip Hatian?Will those anemone's live in a37gal tank with 1 65w actinic pc,and 1 65w white pc if I fead them?

I know that my Tomato didn't even look twice to my condy. Then my condy got eaten, so no worries!
Got me beat on the Hatian.
My tomato hasn't gone after my rock anemone either for what it is worth.

we had one at work host in a pink tip ONCE. Id say it might happen but dont count on it

Tomatoes are cool. I had a maroon host in a Condy once but before it did it spant a few days nibbling the tips off. I've always heard that it's rare for clows to host in Condy but maby it will work. Hope so!

no anemone can live under PC, and condi's arnt a hosting anemone, even if you feed it, it will die, they need MH to live, if i were you i would take it back to the store you got it from before it does die.

Ok,I won't get an anemone for my tomatoe.(I hadn't got the anemone yet anyway).

Try a hairy mushroom, sometimes clowns will host them and they are much easier to care for than an anemone.

I have a hairy mushroom rock in my tank that the tomatoe does no even look twice at.

Yup...I've got several furilly/hairy 'shrooms and my tomato could care less...instead mine hosts with my short tentacle plate. Previously it did host in a very nice bubble tip...but that ended when the anonome decided to travel the reef and found a power head intake. No more anonomes for me!!

I will try a short or long tentacle plate coral and see if the tomatoe hosts in that.

dont worry if it does host right away, it can take upto a year to host anything, they will also host toadstools sometimes, something else to try if it wont lost the plate.
