I just bought a six-line wrasse and I was wondering if they are also a cleaner wrasse or should I purchase a cleaner wrasse also?

I was wanting to know the same thing and 1 more thing...I will throw my question in also. It pertains to a six-line. Can I get a six-line if I have CC substrate???

Sixlines will not clean other fish. I would also not suggest a cleaner wrasse as most die in captivity simply due to lack of theiur natural food source. Cleaner shrimp or even neon gobies are better choices for biological cleaners.
Six lines are fine with crushed coral substrate. They do not burrow in sand like some other wrasses.
