Will these be ok together?

would a pair of scarlet hermit crabs, a pair of blood red shrimps and a pair of banded cleaner shrimps be ok 2gether or will they rip each other to shreds?

Coral banded shrimps usually do not get along with any other shrimp. try blood reds and skunk cleaners. hermits are fine.
