Will these be OK with my lights?

Could I keep Ricordea mushrooms under power compact lights? 130 watts, actinic & 10,000k bulbs.

It's a 29 gallon, standard shape. I think it's 18 inches deep if I'm not mistaken, if that matters?

Yes I would say you can keep them. You have 4 watts+ per gallon I don't see any problem.
