I am getting a 90 gal tank and I've gone back and forth about what to stock with. I've got a plan I think will work but I'd like some input from everyone. Here's what I want to put in...
1 Emperor Angel
1 Racoon Butterfly
1 Purple Tang
1 something (can't decide)
I'd like to add another fish or two if possible, maybe some smaller fish to fill out the tank...
Will these 3 be ok together (i will buy juv's)? And if I can, what else could I add that would be nice?

They should be ok together, but dont add the emperor or tang to the tank for atleast three months after your tank is stable and established.

Cool... Should I add the Emperor or the Tang first? And, Should I try to get these guys about the same size or what? I want to avoid and problems if possible....
Thanks!!

It would be best to keep them close to the same size and add them at the same time if possible. Your tank if not overcrowded in a few months should be able to handle the bioload increase without a problem. I have a emperor and purple together and they have always got along great.

Thanks for the advice Jimi, I'll be sure to follow it... Would you advise against adding any other fish? What else could I put in a 90 gal to go along with these 3?

yeah sounds good to me. i agree with jimi on the size of the tang and angel when adding them. and like he said wait until the tank is somewhat matured. well let me think about another fish. maybe an anthia or 2. these are super cool fish and have great color as weel. bo

I would start the tank off with liverock, then add one or two clowns, later maybe an anthias. Wait a while, add the butterfly, then the juvi emp angel, then the purple tang. Should be a beautiful tank!! Good luck.
