Will they get along?

I have 2 Gold Stripe Maroon Clownfish, 2 Stripe Damsel and 2 Engineer Goby. The damsel take over the whole LR area and the clown just gather in one little corner with the the goby. Should I get rid of the damsel since they seem so territorial? My green ricordea is not willing to attach to anything right now (I use a string to tie it down to a piece of rock for now). Is that the right way? My pink tip haitian anemone is attached down nicely.
Speaking of the anemone, has anyone got stung by it? I haven't touched it and probably won't. How bad will it be? Do I need to go to the hospital if I got stung? What would you recommend me feeding the anemone with? What about the ricordea? Also, what kind of flake or pellets do you use to feed the clown and goby? I just have flake.
As you can see, I'm new at this hobby. :happyfish

Get rid of all the damsels, they will harass everything. The anemone's won't really sting you, you will never notice it.

i agree about getting rid of the damsels or as some people refer to them: DAMNsels.
underwater epoxy works well for attaching ricordea (some superglues will work underwater too).
I would suggest switching to a better food source such as mysis shrimp and something protein based such as formula 1. My anemones love cut up uncooked shrimp from the grocery store.
