Will this be enough light?

Im starting a 90 gallon aquarium and i want to know if this will be enough light to keep anything i want to put in there. Do a search for this:
IceCap 250 Watt Metal Halide Retrofit Kit with 14K Hamilton Bulb and SpiderLight Reflector
I was planning on putting two of these on my 90 gallon aquarium that is 24 inches tall. Will this be enough? I've heard that you should have around 6watts per gallon but i dont know if this is a good rule to follow or not.

the hamiltons are junk...get a better bulb.
