Will this light work for my 29g BC?

[quandary]

Someone is willing to sell me this light for $125 used for a week and the bulb they are giving with it is a 20k XM Bulb. Will this be a good light for 29BC or I was going to wait and get a 150w Sunpod.

Dumb question but this light is still pluged in correct? Does need a light rough in the ceiling correct? Also what about it not having any fans? Should I get the fans that clamp to the side of a tank?
My house is always cool.. 72 day 68 night... snow today outside today..lol
