I had some flaworm problems and now one of my brain left it's skellton because of the pest. It is still surving on sand bed for a week. I have tried to put it back on it's home but it is not attaching anymore. Brain does look healthy and no sign of frustration or sickness being on sand bed.

What are you water paremeters aside form the flat worms??
Sounds liek the coral has bailed out and may be attempting to start a new home ....
