Will this work?

BACKGROUND:
24g Nano
35 lbs live rock
deep sand bed
1 clown, 1 yellow watchman goby, 5 assorted CUC snails
water quality very stable normal for 7 weeks now
PROBLEM:
I've got quite a bit of bare spots on my reef and sand areas. Each rock I have in the tank is pretty much isolated from the others with the intent of having a separate species growing on each.
SOLUTION:
I'm looking to add
--a couple of small duncans
--a coco worm on the sand near a crevice between the rockwork
--replace the flowerpot with a bubble coral
--add a couple of favia and/or chalice frags.
The way I'm hoping to arrange it will leave growing room yet allow me do fragging of anything that overgrows. Here's a couple of quick sketches of what I'm hoping will work. Please let me know how you think this may or may not work. Thanks!!!
Sorry for no picture yet....this is as good as it gets until I can get to my digital camera...
The first one is the front view, the second one is the bird's eye view.

First to admit, I'm not an expert, but from trial and error I've found out some corals do not like to be around other ones.
They like their space. Some actually sting other corals.
I am constantly moving the guys around.
Trial and error.........

Oh yea, nice pics.

okay here's some pics. the bottom pic is what I'm wanting to do. the flowerpot is adios back to the LFS tomorrow. the 'snail frags' is just a joke. I'm actually fragging some mushrooms. sorry for the messy tankstand in the background but I'm a crappy housekeeper.
