I have a dual metal halide 175 watt retrofit kit I would like to trade for a 48" vho or power compact fixture or striplight.It has to be at least 220 watts.I also will include three 175 watt bulbs all are 10,000 k.I think I have to much light for my tank.If interested Email me at cswearingen@earthlink.net

Hey I have a JBJ 48 inch fixture with 2 10,000K and 2 blue actinics total power is 220 watts.

hey lurch694u ,I would be interested,how old are the lights and bulbs.The m.h. kit I have is new I just got it a week ago.The only thing is I cut the reflector plate to fit my canopy.One of the bulbs blew the first thing I hooked it up but the company I ordered the bulbs from are sending a replacement.should be here today and the other bulb I am using now does not match the color of the original bulb.It is just a stand by until i get the new one.

my fixture and bulbs are about 4 months old. What brand of metal halide's are yours? Tar ballist, electronic, or core and coil ballast? Ok let me know. I just don't know what do for lights when I ship them to you. I guess just overnight them to each other on the same day.

they are pfo lighting.the bulbs are from hello lights one is a different color than the rest.I had to use it becouse one of the 10,000 k bulbs that was shiped was damaged in shipping.they are on remote tar style ballast.The best thing to do is go to pfolighting.com and look at the ballast.The one they have shown is pretty close to the one I have.The one I have is more updated.I can see if I can get my wife to take some digi pics of it and email them to you.If possible can you do the same? hello, I have a 48" power compact light setup with 4 55watt 50/50 bulbs (half actinic and half 10K)that are less than 2 months old. The light hood is enclosed and has to built in fans and 2 switches.
