Wow! :eek: I just saw my Chainlink Eel eat some flakes! :p Does anyones eel eat flakes or is mine wierd? ;)

Yours is weird lol. It may just be hungry or maybe it had a good smell to it as they feed by smell more then sight.

I find my 2 eels to be eating machines (lost the 3rd one the baby last week it died) The big Snow is something to watch as it devours silversides and Krill. The Golden Moray in the big 135 has not missed a meal since the day it came to live with me. None of the other fish go near it and they have had the tank for themselves for 4 years (until I added the eel last month I was concerned about adding anything and messing the tanks good record up but it worked out fine).

I wish I could get a camera to show you guys this. It's awesome. The eel isn't hungry, we feed him once a day. When the fish are eating flake the eel swims up and eats with them. :eek:
