Woo Hoo A Nano For Xmas!!

I just found out that Im getting a good 12G nano for Xmas!
It has the 48W 50/50 and 10K.
Any suggestions to upgrading the lights with the exsisting hood?
Any other upgrades suggested?

48 watts is pretty good for a nano. No need to upgrade the lights IMO. You can keep softies and some LPS with that lighting.

That's a nice gift! Like Viper said, 48W is a good amount of light for a 12g, but you may want to look at upgrading the return pump (it sounds like this is the JBJ Nano Cube Deluxe).

It is a JBJ. what do you suggest for the pump upgrade?

I put a minijet 606 in mine...works like a charm and fits nicely in the 3rd chamber. Just remember to adjust the flow to high...goes to 156gph flow rate....and very quiet as well...
