What type of sealer do yall use on your custom canopies?
I hear that verathane is the best how about polycrylic??? If you have used verathane where can it be purchased??

Just so you don't think you're being ignored here LOL ... I didn't use any of the "thenes" which is why I didn't answer earlier. For my tank, canopy and stand I used laquer, to the tune of six coats, followed by several coats of a good furniture polish. Lot of work but most people who have seen the tank think it looks beautiful.

the best is polyurathane marine spar varnish, a couple coats, good uv protection as well.
If you think doubling your efforts can compensate for lack of skill, there is no end to what you can't do.
