Workhorse 7 wiring?

Hello all...
So, I ordered this ballast for a workhorse 7. I looked up the diagram before I ordered it to see how easy it was to wire it in. I knew I could do it when I ordered it.
Well, I just got it in yesterday and I am completely confused.

The diagram on the Fulham website depicts four red wires and one yellow wire and a white and a black power wire. OK. I got that - use shunted sockets (jumpered) because it's an instant start ballast. One red wire goes to each T5 socket on one side and the yellow wire is pigtailed off and wired into a jumpered/shunted socket on the other side. Sure! I can do that - that's easy.
Well,... as I said, I just got in the ballast and now I am confused. This ballast comes with two red wires, two yellow wires, two blue wires and the power wires. BLUE?! Where did that come from? Where in the world did this extra yellow wire come in???

What in the world are these two blue wires for???
I found something on another website that said someone used the power wires as they would normally... then they used one yellow wire for two red wires and then the other yellow wire for the blue wires... wiring up four 54w T5HO bulbs. (which is what I am wiring up.)
IMHO, if Fulham changes the wire color coding on their ballasts, they should change the color coding on their wiring diagrams as well...
If no one really knows the answer, I will be wiring it up "like the blues are actually reds too."

The picture that the website depicts as a workhorse 7 ballast does not half blue wires and only had one yellow wire. I ordered what I thought was the picture, and ended up getting what I ordered - but with these wires that I have no idea where they go or what they do. I feel like if I wire it up the way that I am thinking, that I will either burn up the ballast or burn up the bulbs...
I DO have shunted sockets - which means that they are jumpered - by the nature of being "shunted"... and I got these because the ballast is an instant start ballast. That should not be a problem at all. But, I am thinking that the blue wires act as a second set or "red" wires and have the "ability" to run two more lamps "if needed." If I am completely wrong, let me know something before I blow something up.

I've gone through their site and a couple others and haven't found much or those color wires....Searching RC for you....

Seth did a little searching over on RC and found a thread where a guy ran into what you are seeing and he treated his blue as the reds.....

Yeah, that's the same two that I was looking at on that site. I wonder why there aren't more accounts of this than there are? One of them never followed up, which I find a bit strange. Maybe he got electricuted or burnt up? LOL
I guess I'll try that configuration and if it doesn't seem to work well then I'll contact the manufacturer and ask some questions.
