i decided to post this here instead of agressive tanks because i thought id get more responses. well, i woke up this morning to see my trigger munching on something. it was a reddish colored worm, around 4.5". does anyone know what this is? it looked like it had fine hairs on its body. this isnt bad for my humu-humu is it? any feedback is great. bo

The worm is more then likely a bristle worm.
I wouldnt think it would harm your fish in anyway and is probably making for a nice snack.

Kudos to your fish for finding a likely hitch hicker that came with your LR. The bristle worm is an excellent source of food - they come out of the substrate and LR at night. Your fish will probably not eat as much for while - full belly and all.
