I have noticed these guys more lately. What are they and are they good or bad? They seem to build a burrow in the substrait and then come out of it. This pic it actually seems to have attached to the rocks.
Very thin, like a thick piece of thread. They can be 2 inches long (that is about the longest I have seen). It appears to search around it's burrow for whatever.
I think they are these guys. I cannot see the body, but there are multiple arms (and there are more than one coming from each "burrow"). They are harmless?
