Worm Please ID

Hi

I found this guy in one of my rocks in my nano reef tank. I have all soft corals, a long tentacle anemone
and two clown fish. I wasn't sure if it is safe for my tank.

Have you seen both ends of this worm? Because it looks more like a tentical on a serpent star.

I haven't seen the other end, but the part that is out looks like it shifts through sand, almost like a mouth, but it is very small to tell.

Do you think you could get a video of this? I can't find any worms that look like this in any of my research. You wouldn't by any chance be in the UK would you?

No I am in the states.
I was looking for it today to try and get a video but was not able to see it. but attached is a picture from the web of what it kind of looked like even at the end I guess the mouth, even the colors look similar maybe this is it. My search leads me to think some sort of peanut worm, that is what I searched for this picture.

It doesn't look like a typical polychaete worm to me. I'm stumped!

its one of the species of peanut worm, Phascolosoma sp.
