worms in ls

I just bought some ls from a lfs to add to a new dsb..in this sand is a lot of white worms real thin there every where,they are not bristle worms although I see some off them too, anyone know what they are..they are moving all over the place which to me shows active ls is this correct

I can't tell you what the worms are, but I can tell you that they are exactly what you need for your live sand bed they will help eat the detritus and keep your sand bed clean.
