I have an 84 gallon tank that I set up a month ago, I have seen a worm 6 inches long come out of the LR at night and go on the sand. The worm is a glossy clear color on top and has white hairs running down the sides of it. What is it and is it harmful to the tank?

It sounds like a form of brissle worm.
You will hear mixed views on them but generally they are good for cleaning your cc or live sand.
