worms??????

i have a couple of white worms that come out of my live rock at night and run around my tank, i did a little research and i think that they are spagetti worms , i want to know are they good or bad, so i'll know to keep them or get rid of them the worm trap is a couple of buck.i have a 20g high 3blue-green chromis , 1 hermit and one snail , nothing special just yet....... thanks in advance.

well first you should tell us a little about your setup
and a picture of the worms would be nice
are the worms burrowed in the sand? if so they might be spagetti worms
