Worms?

I moved a rock today that Has mushrooms on it and under it were some worm looking things. They crawled back up inside the rock. They were white with a little red in them almost looked like millepede's. What are these and are they bad? Thanks

They are beneficial scavengers and are usually harmless in tanks unless they get outrageously big.

 

[hunt]

dont touch them with your bare hand, they sting with the bristles on them.
