Worries

I have several very small, fast moving, worm-like critters on the glass of ym tank. Does anyone know what they are? I also noticed I have several small , white spiral shaped things on my rock and glass. Is this ok? IF anyone has information about these thing I would appreciate it.
My tank specs are as follows,
NH4=0
NO3=0
NO2=0
PH=8.2
temp=78

I can help you on this one.First of all I have both of these things in my tank.The little "bug" creatures are harmless and are benificial because your fish will eat them.(Mines do)The little spiral shaped things are copepods which are also benificial as fish will eat them.No need to worry as both of these things are good to have.Alex

The little spiral shaped critters are probably tiny feather dusters.
