Worst Christmas present you've received

When I was a kid my parents always tried to get me the "educational" toys....all the freakin' time. I rarely ever got actual TOYS! The one year, all I wanted more than anything, was the Powermasters Optimus Prime. What I ended up getting was a "dinosaur excavation site" that was basically a chunk of dirt you sit in water until it's soft, and you use little tools to scrap away the mud to excavate a dinosaur skeleton. I think it was a T-Rex. That was like 16 years or so ago....and I'm still mad....haha.

well ive got these rich grandparents you know... so youd think thatd be cool. all ive ever asked for is money (for clothes, the tanks, etc.) what do i end up getting?
a gold old lady necklace (when am i ever going to wear that?)
a unicycle (ok now what the hell? and youd have to be like 7 feet tall to even get on the thing.)
a bedroom set with golden retrievers on it (i dont even like dogs, and who wants a dog room?)
over 15 country cds one year (i hate country)
eh those were among some of the worst. lets see what they come up with this year...

A unicycle? Do they want you to be in the circus or something?
For me, its probably been from one of my aunts or uncles, but someone got me one of those Now 3! cds. Sad thing was, they were on like Now 10 at the time. I dont even listen to mainstream pop-ish music anyways, but what can ya do.

i have gotten several of those sweaters that grandmothers think are adorable... and end up in your closet never to be worn...
but the hands down the worst gift was a car vaccuum and a heated ice scraper that i think my aunt got for signing up to a magazine... the vaccuum was cheap and wouldnt even vaccuum up a feather... the heated ice scraper (although a great idea) was completely worthless because the chord didnt even reach out of the car... and once it was unplugged it lost the heat within 10 seconds...
but its the thought that counts right???

last year my brother got a ken doll because my grandma (not the unicycle supplying one) thought it counted as an action figure.

well i personally did not receive these gifts but my grandmother is starting to slip a little and about 2 years ago she wrapped up a bag of croutons and gave them to my cousin because "she thought those were her favorite kind of croutons". then the following year she bought my 60 year old uncle Mickey Mouse pjs and a stuffed 24" Mickey Mouse for him to "have at his vacation home in Deep Creek" - which is where we all go on the weekends and he has his frat brothers down n everything
