Well my pair of Clarkii Clowns have kinda out grown the tank there in.
I was wondering if I could put them in my 90g with my 2 lions? There are a few different kind of anenome in the tank that I am sure they would host in to protect them. The female is 4" and the male is 3".
Would the lions make a go at them even if there in a anenome?

If it fits into his mouth, yes, he will eat them. If he gets feeling that he thinks they will fit in his mouth, he will try. This could end badly for your clowns and your lions.
You haven't stated what type of lions and how large they are.

If you're keeping volitans, yes...they will eventually become food. If you're keeping dwarfs, you might be OK.
A lion can suck the fish right off the 'nem without ever touching it...they just need to be close. Besides, the clowns will stray out of the 'nem eventually, and if the lion sees a snack and is feeling peckish...
