Would a wavebox be crazy on a 46?

Scoobs, Going to build one or buy the Tunze? If building, look on the big board under DIY wavebox. Sove very cool ideas and they are dirt cheap with awesome results.
I would think ANY tank would benifit from one.

Well I had thought about just getting one from tunze.. I will check out the DYI ones tho.. these things make any noise?

Seio's has the new variable powerheads with a control unit, it's about half the cost of the tunze and performs the same way, random switching on PH's and they rampup and down. PH's are kinda bulky.

Well..
Email Tunze and they are a good company they didnt stick me with something that wouldnt work right. The guy told me they dont work very well on tanks under 4 feet long.

its best to have a center overflow with the waveboxs as well.
and i agree that it shouldn't be used in a tank under 4' long.
