Would this fish be ok in my tank?

hi everyone, could a McCosker's wrasse be kept in a 36 gallon? i've read tank sizes from 20-50 from all sorts of sites, but the fish is only 3" max. so would it be ok? it would be with my current clownfish and (in the future) a flame hawk, pygmy angel, and maybe a pair of teeny little clown gobies. i have a sump so water volume is 50 gallons, so the space in the tank is more important than bioload i would think. thanks for any help (and to meowzer for pointing out how i can get this fish finally!)

sweet. thanks for the replies.
i just realized that i have no QT that can be put up in time while this guy is still on sale cause i dont have a big enough QT tank and i dont have an extra sponge filter or anything with the good bacteria on it to throw in the tank anyways for an instant cycle either. i know i should probably QT though.

what size QT would be a standard for fish that are on the smaller side (0-4")? would a 10 gallon be good?
and if i were to throw in my tanks sponge filter with the bacteria on it, could i just add a heater and some tank water...then put the fish in?
