Would this lighting work?

I am hopeing to get some anemones at some point. I need to know what kind of lighting to buy.
Rihg now I have a standard 48'' 55 gallon. Here is a description I got from a website. Would it work? I am not necesarily getting this brand...

That lighting will be great for low lighting anemones like BTA's are RBTA's, but if you want carpets and such you should get metal halide lighting.
