would this work? 225 led panels on ebay

i found this panel on ebay, it has a white and blue spectrum and 225 i beilive 1watt leds per panel. i am using this idea to buildmy own, however using two watt leds and using less. (less holes and or bus bars for me to work on, plus relativly the same cost at wholesale) if you search ebay it waill show up, but heres the link

I would not buy those LED's, especially if they are for a reef tank. They really do not have the penetration to be able to maintain corals.

thank you for your input. what about for a sump light? its only 8-10in of water and i am growing(rather will be growing) chaeto algae. at the moment my tank is in pieces getting ready for my move in the next couple of days. worst part is, i cant get any new pets or toys. lol
