Would this work for a hospital tank?

Okay some of my fish have ick. I need to get them out of my tank. Would this work as a temporary hospital tank. I have extra powerheads, heater, filter, and a 30 gallon tub. Would this work for my hospital tank so I can use copper to kill the ick?

It would work to treat ick, but be careful because copper can carry over to your dt when you put your fish back in the tank, plus ick will still be in your dt unless it is completely fishless for at least 6 weeks. I would suggest a different route in treating ick.

Do you have a reef tank or a FO/FOWLR tank?
