Flame angel
and lots of inverts?

It could possibly work. The flame angel is a swimmer, though and may get stressed in a 29. The lion and sfe are waste producers and you may want some better filtration. Also, be prepared to lose inverts to the lion and sfe. These are "potential problems" so it could work despite these concerns.

i'd say no to the flame and the snowflake. like jcrim said they are big poopers, so your whisper filter wouldn't work..
