The LR will certainly help with the bioload, but the problem will be space. The powder blue loves to swim, and should be given lots of open water. I'm not sure about the huma huma, but my niger trigger also likes lots of room to swim. Having 4 fish all in the 6"-8" range won't give much swimming room, and that could be a problem.
