I have a 10gal reef, I have a bio wheel filter rated for a 20gal tank and a powerhead with a hydro wheel sponge filter on it. I want to upgrade the filtration on this tank... so...
What if i got a Phosphate reactor, but filled it with layers of bioballs, carbon, phos sponge, and variouse other medias....would that create a sufficent filter? I was also thingking of taking the hang on filter and putting a small light on it and a grate to hold cheato alge, for added bio filtration...if the phos reactor gives to much current I will remove the powerhead and put a sponge filter in on an air stone.
Sound good? Any sugestions? :happyfish
