My perc has a single spot on his tail and a single spot on his dorsal fin. I think they may be from introduction injuries by my damsels. They tend to dislike newcomers. Its much larger than a pin head so I am not sure if it is ick. What do you think, clot or disease. I am going to the store tommorow to get a cleaner shrimp and some garlic for the fish. Any recommandations and what do I do if I have to qaurentine my fish and the cleaner has nothing to eat. All the other fish are fine.

Its white, on his tail fin and his top fin. They are larger than a grain of sand or a pin head. The one on his tail is substantially larger. It looks like it could be raised from the surface, but if so not much. Not geometrical and the color looks to be consistaint for the most part (hard to tell his always swimming around, ya know. His behavior is normal, no scrtching, no rubbing, no loss of appetite or reclusiveness.

Well, he's not in a QT, so not much that you can do. Try feeding garlic soaked food and see what develops. Do you have a FO tank?
