deffinately isnt looking good.
#1what type of lighting do you have for it
#2 what are you feeding it
#3 water paremeters (ieH amonia nitrate,nitrite)
it may still have a chance

What is your lighting setup. That guy will be dead in a month if you dont either, upgrade your lighting or if your lighting is good then replace your bulbs
