wrasse fish

I have read that some wrasse discriptions say keep only one per tank. Does this mean all wrassse in general or the one that says only 1 per tank?

this means that this particular wrasse may attack other wrasse, so the ones that say this don't put another wrasse in with him. If it doesn't say this on certain wrasse, then you can put other wrasse in with him, as long as they also don't say this. Also, wrasse especially NOT reef safe wrasse can be aggressive and fast swimmers, and tend to scare other more shy fish.

Thanks for the help. I only have one YELLOW WRASSE that will be all that I put in my tank.

make shure the tank is big enough for him befor u get him..

I have a lunar wrass with a 6-line, also a cleaner shrimp,cherub, sailfin tang 2 GSM's, a perc and such.
and SURPRISINGLY they all get along! :joy:
