wrasse info needed

Ok I have just been reading up on the wrasse. I'm truly thinking of getting one because of the job it does and their price you just can not say no to this. I know this is a stupid question but here it goes anyway. Do all wrasse do what cleaner's do or is it just the cleaner wrasse(hint's the name).

Many wrasses when young will clean other fish (so do Hogfish from the same family). Most stop when they get larger. There are so many good wrasses for a tank (they are one of my favorite fish along with Hogfish). Some tho do get very large such as the twin spot which you find as juveniles and look so cute but can get to 2 feet in a tank (4 feet in the wild), A few wrasses are reef safe but most are not. Do you have any in mind or a size you want to keep it to?

i am also a huge fan of hogs and large agressive wrasses. i have a lunare and he is just awesome! he is very active, never misses a meal, and is tough as nails. he got beat up bad by my trigger the fisrt week, but now he is the king of the tank. one thing about wrasses to remeber is they might burrow into the sand bed and they usually will accept no newcomers. bo

I am a great fan of cleaner wrasses, both for thier looks and actions and the job they do for your fish. keeping them alive is the hard part. I currently have 5 of them in 3 different tanks (the oldest being about 5 and a mated pair). One trick I have found and mentioned before is try to find ones from the Maldives (where ever that is). I found a store that sells only those and have never lost one of them (except the one my darm male puffer ate). Where the normal ones are 6 to 10 bucks I spent 20 a pop and it was well worth it they (like the energizer bunny) last and last.
