will reef safe wrasses eat shrimp like the sexy shrimp? and are they usually peaceful? i've read that some wrasse like the 4 line will eat small shrimp like the sexy and that they pester more peaceful fish like gobies.

depends on the wrasse and species. I wouldn't put it beyond any wrasse with "line" in the name (four, six, eight, 19 line wrasse),mystery wrasse and many others. generally any of the ones known particularly for eating pods and worms off liverock or depleting pod numbers would probably just as well eat shrimp as it would amphipods but for the feasibility of eating something the size of a shrimp. Sexy shrimp are pretty small so there may be a few that think they can take one down. I dont think the completely peaceful wrasses like the fairy's go after shrimp.
