Wrasses

Does anyone have expierence with wrasses? There is a bird wrasse at my lfs and it is the coolest fish. My mom wants the Scott's Fairy Wrasse which our lfs has had on occasion. Any information on these fish or other wrasses would be great.

Well, it isnt a real complicated fish, but dosent require real big tanks. They are real good beginner fish. I have 5

I have a bird wrasse that has been with me for several months. VERY active....eats well...in fact anything at all. But it will eat small fish. (warning) you will need to have other fish that are able to grab food quickly..or they may not get enough to eat. Quite the personable fish......wiggles at me everytime I am near the tank. Hope this helps.
