so ive got several pinkish brown worms about 2-4 inches long, in my tank. Theyve got little white hairs on them. I think they are bristle worms? I have herd they will eat corals and wreck a tank and ive also herd they wont do anything and theyre good for the tank. Should i be concerned with these worms and if so how do i remove them?

They definately sound like bristleworms. Predatory ones are very rare.
They are a good cleaner unless they grow to plague proportions. Then that's just a matter of controlling available food items for them to eat.
The only place I don't care for BWs is in my seahorse tanks and I actively remove them.

Just leave 'em be. Like cranberry said, there are few exceptions, but most feed on things that are already dead. They are an important part of your clean up crew.
Do they look like this guy?

yep that's them...they're pretty scary lookin! I'll just leave them be.
