WTB Ice Cap 660 ballast

Just like the title said. I'm looking to purchase a used icecap 660 ballast in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, LI, NY area, mine just burned out.

IF you sent in the warranty card, you can have them fix it as part of their warranty.

Yes that is true, if only it was within the warranty period. It is not.
Still wtb 660 Icecap ballast with out the harness. All I need is the ballast, I have all the other components.
