Need skimmer for 30 gallon dont want to spend more than $50

i have a turbo skimmer rated for 100 gallon ( would not use it past a 55 though). It is the hang on tank type and requires your own pump to operate. I only hooked it up for about a week and did not know a standard powerhead wouldn't be enough...d'oh. I bought another one either way.
I have two of them and only want 20 bucks plus shipping.
