WTT: (2) 250W MH Retro Setups for (2) 400W MH Setups

I have a 6 week old 2 MH Retro complete setups (2 they are electronic Ballasts, 2 Shields, 2 Ceramic Moguls, and Ushio 10k SE bulbs)
I am running them in a 110 Tall tank 32" high and just built a new canopy which is 18" above my water line and I need more light, so I want to go with
(2) 400W complete setups instead Ballasts, 2 Shields, 2 Ceramic Moguls.
I prefer local trade
