Metal Halide is your best bet.

Also need to know what type of clowns you have, but with that lighting I'd say do not get an anemone.
Steer clear of the atlantic anemones, only the pacific ones will be host for a clownfish.

It is best not to mix species of anemones, just have one kind per tank. If it splits into two then fine, they will be clones of each other like the Bubble tip does.
If you do mix them they could sting each other.

Typically the lights that came with your tank ie:-normal output.
