As with any wireless connection, there will always be a lag of some type...

Not sure what this means.

Is it component input? Try to switch input between composite and component. Maybe match up the HDTV scan line on the X360 and the native resolution on your TV? (720p vs 1080i).

Have you purchased the aftermarket cooling add-on? It is a must. Overheating can cause a sluggish response from your 360.

Well worth the $20. This will save your 360's life. I bought the intercooler fan from nicco or something like that.

yeah i got the add on fan. i just think its the system. my remotes worked fine on my friends system but then he tried his on mine and same thing happen. i will mess with the wireing again but its still the same. I got this 360 when they first came out. I might sell it for a reasonable price and get a new one. i don't know.

They have extended the warranty to one year after purchase. Find your reciept, and you may just be under warranty.

I bought one just a couple of weeks ago. Does anyone know if I still need the aftermarket cooling unit or have they fixed that?
