I'm not sure what a blitch is, but I will attempt an answer. Sometimes when a xenia 'stem' is too long, it will develop a little open spot, bend over, and attach to the rock from this little open spot. Could this be what you mean? I do not think it is a problem.

You mean BLEACH....Well, has anything changed in your tank recently? What are you water parameters, and what type of addatives do you add to your tank? Have you tested the calcium levels recently? Do you add iodine?

if you mean "bleaching",your corals zoo algae are being shed (poor lighting, chem spikes,etc.).check your system out,i.e. old bulbs, errant electricity, etc. you may need to increase manual feedings until/if it recovers
