Well me xenia seem to be having a great time in my tank, they are multiplying like crazy. What do you guy do to control the growth(spread). I don't want to have a xenia reef. I got a small frag with 2 small stalks and now there is like 15 and they have only been there about a month or so. Any suggestions? Thanks

Put in among stinging(more agressive) corals, LPS corals if you've got.

I have the same problem with my xenia. First I was so excited that I could grow something, but now theyre growing like weeds. What i've learned to do from suggestion, is take a small piece of rock and stick it next to the edge of the colony. They will spread onto the rock, remove, and voila, instant money! I've already taken two pieces to my LFS and they've given me fish and other reef products in return. Its nice to get some money back in this hobby!

FIND A WAY TO CUT THEM SAFELY... AND TRADE THEM IN FOR CREDIT OR WHAT EVER U PLEASE AT YOUR LOCAL REEF STORE... THEY SELL GOOD SPECIALY HOME GROWN!!!!!!!!!!!
